Policy
Deposit/retainer to hold date or reserve item is NON-refundable.
1. Rental Eligibility- Rentals are available to individuals Minimum age 18 .
- Rentals can NOT be Sub-Lease or rented to third parties.
- The standard rental period is [6 hrs. or stated on your quotations]
- Extensions must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
- Full payment is required before the rental period begins.
- Any additional charges, such as late fees or damage fees, will be invoiced accordingly.
- A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
- This deposit will be returned upon the return of all items in their original condition.
- Rental Damage Security deposit is NOT same as Retainer/Deposit
- Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.
- Customers must ensure accessibility and availability for scheduled drop-off and pickup times.
- Some products are NOT allowed for Pick-up. Check with customer service.
- We Deliver table and Chairs to your property entrance. we do not setup chairs and table at your premises or venues.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all décor items are used appropriately.
- Any improper use that results in damage will incur additional charges.
- ALL rentals products are Property of Windsor Party Rentals.
- If any rented item is damaged, lost, or stolen, the customer is responsible for paying the full replacement cost.
- This amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and any remaining balance must be paid in full.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, We do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for 6 months from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this 6 Months period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation.
9. Liability
- Windsor Party rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur due to the use of rented décor items.
- Refunds are not issued for rental items returned unused. It is your responsibility to check your invoice prior to delivery to make sure that any human error in order entry is corrected. We will pack and deliver the items listed on your invoice. Windsor Party Rentals is not responsible for items assumed to be rented which are not on the order.
